I don't know if this is the right spot, but when you click the link for BBCode on the posting page, it doesn't go anywhere

I am really sorry, I should have replied earlier. Are you still having this problem?

Well, when I click on reply the only thing I see close to that is "disable BBCode". Right under the smiles, I see

BBCode is ON
[img] is ON
[flash] is ON
[url] is ON
Smilies are ON

Then right under the subject and before the post body, I see BBCodes of [b], [i], all the way through [urlnew=]

Ah, okay, the FAQ, like for:

faq.php?mode=bbcode

Yes, this was removed before due to a problem with the FAQ that caused my provider to shut down my website. They claimed that my FAQ was causing high server load. How that is possible is beyond me, however, this problem is fixed. If you click on link "BBCode is ON
", that will jump you to the new FAQ provided by phpbb3 (the old one was phpbb2).
